Monthly Gatherings

Each month, Baithak hosts themed gatherings designed to engage seniors in meaningful activities and discussions. Activities include:

Group discussions on wellness, diet, aging, and mental health
Interactive games and activities to stimulate memory and creativity
Guest speakers from the healthcare and wellness community
Resource sharing for services like Medicare, transportation, and legal assistance
Light refreshments and social mingling
